Upgraded Double-lip Needle Bearings:

$20 Upgraded Needle Bearings with Double-seal needle bearings, ideal for High Performance, Methanol or Water Injection Systems. 
Adding this option will upgrade the pair of housing needle bearings from a premium single-seal needle bearing to a double-seal needle bearing.

$459 Supercharger Housing Exterior Powder Coating Service in customer's color choice includes Internal Bypass Assembly Rebuild Service.

Choices of surface finish include Hammertone finish, Wrinkle finish, Gloss finish.

Confirm whether you prefer Hammertone, Wrinkle or Gloss surface finish. We will match your choice of color as closely as possible in the surface finish you choose.

​Note: Powder coating service for other engine components is available.

Additional cost will be incurred if more than one color or a multi-stage coating color is selected.

What does this item include?


This item includes the same high quality parts we use in our supercharger rebuild services. This kit contains the parts needed to re-manufacture a supercharger nosedrive assembly and replace the rotor shaft needle bearings found in the housing. Included with the nosedrive parts are the supercharger’s housing needle bearings, two single-seal cup-type. *Install the needle bearings sub-flush to the housing face they are pressed into for proper clearance of the rotor faces. 



Shipping to USA domestic addresses is included in the price.

1. Two AC Delco supercharger oil, 4 ounce bottles (2)

2. Permatex anaerobic gasket maker for aluminum flanges, a red sealer (1)

3. Eaton coupler, prepared with installation grease (1)

4. Brand name Premium back nosedrive ball bearing (1)

5. Brand name Premium front nosedrive ball bearing (1)

6. Brand name Premium Viton front nosedrive seal with double-seal internal diameter, prepared with installation grease and oil on internal diameter of the lips of the seal. (1)

7. Nosedrive Rotoclip, a quality replacement of original wire retaining clip (1)

8. Plastic Syringe with tubing for oil extraction (1)

9. Needle Bearing Pair, Single-seal* cup-type needle bearings, to install sub-flush below surface of interior housing face that bearings are being pressed into. (2)

10. Nosedrive shaft lock-washer flange nut, Zinc-plated (1)

This item includes the same high quality parts we use in our Embree Specialty Machine supercharger rebuild services. This kit contains the parts needed to re-manufacture a supercharger nosedrive assembly and replace the rotor shaft needle bearings found in the housing. Included with the nosedrive parts are the supercharger’s housing needle bearings, two double-seal cup-type. *Install the needle bearings sub-flush to the housing face they are pressed into for proper clearance of the rotor faces.
