Core Exchange Policy
Currently, this supercharger core must either be provided by the customer for service or a core deposit is required prior to shipment of our unit.
Currently, we have a shop core available for exchange. Due to the high value, a core deposit charge will be required unless the customer provides the core. The core charge is refundable up to the core deposit amount with the return of a fully re-buildable core supercharger. Condition of the supercharger provided affects the refundable amount.
To avoid the deposit your supercharger must arrive before the order is shipped.
In the interest of time, it can be ordered in advance of your supercharger arriving here. When the service is paid for, the shop core (check current availability) can be built for your exchange while your supercharger is being sent in. This can be arranged to save some turn around time. We can start the build up once payment in full is received. The supercharger being sent in will be inspected and checked in and a detailed supercharger work order will provide the related details.
A usable supercharger core is in such a condition that it requires only a standard rebuild services, no Rescue and Repair Services to be returned to service.
If there are damages to the exchanging supercharger, there may be additional costs based on damage found. The supercharger may not have any unusual wear or damage, be a great candidate for rebuilding, and in that case would not require additional payment.
