Payment methods:

Mail a Check.
- An administrator will assist with this payment method by taking the order details over the phone and through email.
- Save up to 3.5% of total order amount due by paying with a paper check.
- Make check payable to: Daniel Embree
- When using this method of payment, mail paper check to:

- Accepted paper checks include:
  - Personal check
  - Business check
  - Cashier's check

Mail a US Postal Service Money Order.
- An administrator will assist with this payment method by taking the order details over the phone and through email.
- Save up to 2% of total amount due by paying with a paper money order.
- Make money order(s) payable to: Daniel Embree
- When using this method of payment, mail paper check to:
  - The High Speed Lab, 112 Country Club Parc Court, Imperial, Missouri 63052
- IMPORTANT: Each money order's total face-value amount should be no greater than $500.00 total funds.
- More than one money order may be required to pay order total amount due.
- Money orders that do not follow these guidelines will be required to be reissued and will cause delay with order delivery.

Pay by bank wire transfer.
- An administrator will assist with this payment method by taking the order details over the phone and through email.
- Save up to 2% by paying with a bank wire transfer.
- When using this method, a bank account and routing number will be provided upon request.
- Electronic payments have balance limits that are subject to change without notice.

Pay by phone with a debit card or a credit card.
- An administrator will assist with this payment method by taking the order details over the phone and through email.
- Accepted debit card and credit card brands include:

Pay by online invoice with a debit card or credit card.

- Utilizing this payment method includes several business days for the payment to clear.
- Order introduction into production (for service orders) or fulfillment (for item orders) will be on hold until payment has cleared.

Pay by CashApp.
- An administrator will assist with this payment method by taking the order details over the phone and through email.
- Electronic payments have balance limits that are subject to change without notice.

Pay by self-service order through online website store.
- Self-service orders can be placed for items available through our website store.
- An Administrator will confirm order details and bill any additional costs separately.
- Save up to 3.5% of total order amount due by paying with website order.
- Some website order items do not include packaging and shipping costs. An additional payment will be required for these costs once the shipping address is confirmed by an Administrator. The store items over $200.00 do not include these costs.
- Some items listed for $200 or less include packaging and shipping costs. This will be noted in the description as an included cost.
- Core exchange costs will be billed separately. Used parts provided for exchange are subject to inspection for condition and article value will be determined only by the Shop Foreman. Damage or excessive wear will affect value.
- Orders may be subject to back order. Confirm availability prior to ordering items listed for over $200.00 to determine delivery schedule.
- Open orders and as needed multiple shipments for an order are possible. For open order items under $200.00 typically no additional cost would be included for multiple shipments. For items over $200.00 additional costs may apply.

Orders will have an administrative fee of 5% added to order total for the ordering and payment process. Part of that fee may be saved by using a payment method with less administrative costs associated with it. The cost of electronic payment processing has made alternative payment methods more affordable. The following explains payment method policies and procedures including details to properly utilize the various choices.

Administrative fees are non-refundable.
Payment is confirmation of order.
Orders that include services performed on a customer's provided component(s) cannot be cancelled or charged back.
Check in will determine condition of components and additional costs may apply.
Order cancellations, charge backs and returned payments are subject to additional administrative fees to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Restocking fees apply. Fee based on total of order and how quickly the order was returned.
Service orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made. Timeframe may vary from estimate. No discount or refund is provided for timeframe changes.
No discounts are available.
Sale prices are for a limited time only.
Customer's components left at our shop for more than one calendar year without full payment will be considered abandoned and disposed of at company's discretion.
