The Neuspeed VW supercharger is most often installed on Volkswagen Golf III-IV and Volkswagon Beetle with the VW 2.0L four-cylinder engine. The kit is estimated to be about 5 psi boost added to the performance of the vehicle.

This Neuspeed supercharger rebuild service includes a complete supercharger rebuild service with new durable rotor coating.  The nosedrive bearings and coupler are replaced.   The Rotor assembly is remanufactured with new durable rotor coating.  The needle bearings located in the supercharger housing are replaced.  The seals are upgraded to double-lip Viton seals for longevity, including the nosedrive seal and both rotor shaft seals located in the rotor assembly.  The supercharger returns filled with oil and ready to install.

$899 Neuspeed supercharger rebuild kit includes a ready to install rotor assembly and the parts kit for you to rebuild the nosedrive assembly and replace the supercharger housing needle bearings located at the end of the rotor shafts.

Neuspeed supercharger repair services and replacement components are additional cost and as needed.
