Complete Supercharger Rebuild Service Details:
  • Reuse pulley as is, using the one that is provided with supercharger or one the customer has provided.  A replacement pulley or repairs to the provided pulley cost to be determined by the product or service chosen.
  • Nose Drive Rebuild Service.
  • Rotor Assembly Rebuild Service including new, durable rotor coating.
  • Needle Bearing Replacement Service.
  • Optional Services available for additional costs.
  • Return shipping and packaging cost to be quoted and may be billed after supercharger arrives.  Shipping cost may be charged out separately, in addition to the service and product prices.  If additional components are included, the packaging and shipping costs will be modified accordingly.
  • Core charge is only necessary when rebuilt supercharger is to ship to customer prior to receipt of the customer's supplied core. Core charge is refundable up to the amount of the paid deposit, depending on the condition of the supercharger provided as determined by inspection.  This core charge can be avoided by customer when the supercharger is sent in to be rebuilt prior to shipment of a rebuilt supercharger. Rotor Coating service details

Rotor Coating Service:
  • This is part of the Complete Rebuild Service.
  • Rotors are stripped and prepared for interference-fit, precision coating service.
  • Our exclusive Thermal Barrier Coating formula has been perfected by our Shop Foreman, for the best blend of precision and durability.
  • The rotor coating formula is designed to be long-lasting in the harsh environments a supercharger is exposed to, being especially durable in methanol injection and water injection intake assemblies.
  • Our coating application specialist applies our coating within 0.001+/- for the best possible fit.

Supercharger Rotor Assembly Rebuild Service:

  • This service is necessary for the Rotor Coating Service.
  • This service can be purchased separately if the rotor assembly is sent in alone and would include rotor coating.
  • Bearing plate is measured for all rotor tolerances.
  • Rotor assembly is disassembled.
  • Bearing plate is CNC machined to use our Bearing Retention Plate.
  • Rotor Assembly bearings and seals replaced.
  • Double-lip Viton seals replace original seals as a more expensive, higher heat range seal choice.
  • Bearing retaining plate added, rotors timed.

Internal Rotor Bores Coating Service:
  • The Interior Rotor Bores Coating Service is an optional add on choice to the Complete Rebuild Service.
  • Rotor Bores are prepared for interference-fit, precision coating service.
  • Our exclusive Thermal Barrier Coating formula has been perfected by our Shop Foreman, for the best blend of precision and durability.
  • The internal rotor bores coating formula is designed to be long-lasting in the harsh environments a supercharger is exposed to, being especially durable in methanol injection and water injection intake assemblies.
  • Our coating application specialist applies our coating within 0.001+/- for the best possible fit.
  • As a precision performance upgrade, the internal rotor bores coating service will tighten up the moving air seal between the rotor bores and the rotor's outer diameter. The tighter air seal will provide for better boost performance while the coating's thermal barrier properties limit the heating of the air charge.
  • As a Rescue & Repair Service, the internal rotor bores coating will improve some damage to the internal rotor bores from contact made with the rotors or some foreign object, like a bolt or chunk of piston ring. There may be additional charges for repairs to damaged rotor bores but some minor scratches may require no repair other than light sanding. This is determined by Shop Foreman during inspection.
  • Some Eaton TVS superchargers are designed so that the bypass valve needle bearings are part of the supercharger housing. The rotor needle bearings must be replaced prior to housing coating. This is necessary because the housing is baked to complete the coating process. All bearings are removed prior to coating and baking. Superchargers that have the bypass assembly integrated into the supercharger housing will require the needle bearings be removed and replaced. Superchargers that have the bypass assembly bearings replaced will be more than a supercharger whose bypass is separate and not part of this housing component. The Ford Mustang Coyote is one which requires the bypass assembly needle bearings to be replaced. The Cadillac TVS housing is one of these 4-lobe Eaton superchargers that does not contain the bypass assembly needle bearings.
