Stillen Superchargers Supercharger Rotor Assembly Rebuild Kit - Single-seal Needle Bearings
What does this item include?
This item includes the same high quality parts we use in our Embree Specialty Machine supercharger rebuild services. This kit contains the parts needed to re-manufacture a supercharger nosedrive assembly and replace the rotor shaft needle bearings found in the housing. Included with the nosedrive parts are the supercharger’s housing needle bearings, two single-seal cup-type. *Install the needle bearings sub-flush to the housing face they are pressed into for proper clearance of the rotor faces. This item does not include the core deposit and your exchange rotor assembly will need to arrive prior to this item shipping out. Purchase this item and ship your rotor assembly right away. Once it is received, we will check it in and this item will ship as soon as possible after your exchange rotor assembly has been checked in. 2. Two AC Delco supercharger oil, 4 ounce bottles (2)
3. Permatex anaerobic gasket maker for aluminum flanges, a red sealer (1)
4. Eaton coupler, prepared with installation grease (1)
5. Brand name Premium back nosedrive ball bearing (1)
6. Brand name Premium front nosedrive ball bearing (1)
7. Brand name Premium Viton front nosedrive seal with double-seal internal diameter, prepared with installation grease and oil on internal diameter of lips of the seal. (1)
8. Nosedrive Rotoclip, a quality replacement of original wire retaining clip (1)
9. Plastic Syringe with tubing for oil extraction (1)
10. Needle Bearing Pair, Single-seal* cup-type needle bearings, to install sub-flush below surface of interior housing face that bearings are being pressed into. (2)
11. Nosedrive shaft lock-washer flange nut, Zinc-plated (1)
